Discover a new level of training with PSA where you'll train like an athlete to make your fitness routine more dynamic, efficient, and goal-oriented. It leads to better results in strength, endurance, mobility, and even mindset. PSA is about feeling powerful, having control over your body, and knowing you're capable of achieving more, whether in sports, at the gym, or in daily life.
This program is intended to:
- Improve your strength and power
- Increase stability and coordination
- Improve functional movements
- Improve total body conditioning
Program Structure:
This is a 9 week program broken up into 3 different phases. Phases are 3 weeks long and will build upon your skills and strength in the previous phase. This is a 4 day split, lower body; upper body; full body; conditioning and core. Access to a gym will be required for this program

Sooo I love how in detail this program is. I’m so excited to start. I have had a personal trainer but our schedules didn’t align anymore so I have been trying to work on my own & i find myself just making up random workouts. Your style of training is right up my alley. Only concern which I’m pretty sure can be a quick fix on phase 1 Day 2 when I am trying to see the workout examples the links aren’t working. It is going straight to walking lunges only.
